|i. S&GAD to post all unit costs of procured goods and services of S&GAD and Health Departments on the official procurement website.||[Complied with]|
|ii. S&GAD to standardize items of common use based on transparent eligibility criteria that include product quality, market share, after sale service network, and production facility for 2 years and post criteria and eligible brands on the official procurement website.||[Complied with]|
|iii. S&GAD to update the Purchase Manual to:(a) reflect above actions; and(b) establish Departmental Purchase Committees on a permanent basis including dispute resolution mechanisms.||[Complied with]|
