i. Provincial Cabinet shall have announced a comprehensive policy and two year action plan for privatization or divestment, liquidation or restructuring of provincial PSOs. [Complied with]
ii. Industries' Department shall have transferred management of five small industrial estates of Punjab Small Industries Corporation to the respective Industrialists' Association. [Complied with]
iii. Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority shall have outsourced the operation of three of its institutions. [Partially Complied with]
