i. Housing and Urban Development Department shall have finalized and notified urban zoning regulations for Lahore and one smaller city in Punjab. [Complied with]
ii. Punjab Health Foundation shall have issued at least five grants or loans for pilot testing public-private partnerships in the health sector in remote areas. [Complied with]
iii. Agriculture Marketing Department shall have outsourced the collection of market fees in Gujranwala, Faisalabad and two large markets in Lahore. Actions related to Agricultural marketing moved to ASPL-2
iv. Chief Minister shall have approved a policy, including timelines and targets, to develop markets outside cities for bulk trading of agriculture products. Actions related to Agricultural marketing moved to ASPL
v. The Punjab Agricultural Produce Market Ordinance, 1978, and its implementing Rules shall have been amended in such a way as to (a) Eliminate the monopoly of public sector nominated market committees; and (b) allow the private sector and farmers to sell their produce in any market. Actions related to Agricultural marketing moved to ASPL
vi. Agriculture Marketing Department shall have outsourced the installation and operation of weighbridges in market committees of Multan, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Mian Chunnu and Lahore. Actions related to Agricultural marketing moved to ASPL
vii. Agriculture Marketing Department shall have established a cooling chain by Punjab Agriculture Marketing Company (PAMCO) at Lahore, Multan, Rahimyar Khan, Faisalabad and Sialkot airports through signature of long-term leases with the Civil Aviation Authority. Actions related to Agricultural marketing moved to ASPL
viii. Commerce and Investment Department shall have finalized an assessment of the provincial legal and policy framework related to private sector development and the cost of doing business. [Complied with]
