Sub-National Governance Programme's Publications

Since the beginning of the Sub-National Governance (SNG) Programme, the Punjab team adopted an effective communication and outreach strategy for its conventional (print & electronic) and digital media. The SNG Punjab team focussed on the development of knowledge products, including brochures, policy briefs, toolkits, handbooks, video documentaries and quarterly new-letters among others.

As part of its outreach strategy, the SNG Punjab team developed products to enable the delivery of the following programme-level outputs:

  • Improved Public Financial Management (PFM) and planning systems
  • Devolved systems, processes and budgets better focused on service delivery
  • Supported innovative experiments, some of which have substantially improved service delivery
