i. Lahore Development Authority and Faisalabad Development Authority shall have started implementing the recommendations of the technical study on urban land titling systems.  [Complied with]
ii. Home Department shall have amended the Rent Control Ordinance, 1959, to ensure: (a) that the rental transactions are governed by the contract between tenant and owner (sanctity of contract); (b) that the controller's power to fix rent is withdrawn; and (c) that the pro-tenant bias is reduced in matters relating to eviction and the role of rent controller is reduced in eviction proceedings.  [Complied with]
iii. E&T Department and LG&RD shall have awarded the contracts for the automation of property record and urban property tax collection systems for ten TMAs of Lahore, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, and Sialkot.  [Complied with]
